Your body made your baby and has grown your baby and it knows how to birth and feed your baby.

You can have a calm and peaceful birth, even in the hospital.

I am here to advocate for you while you have an informed birth.

I am not against taking pain meds.

I just want you to feel informed and to make educated choices so that YOU feel in control.

What is Included In the Birth Doula Package?

As soon as you know you are pregnant is a great time to book.

With your deposit I can hold your spot till week 36. That way I am not out of town or over booked over your due date.

💜 A Prenatal Visit (week 36 ideally)

If at week 39 you all the sudden decide you would like my support, we make that work too.

  • Discuss your birth plan and help you write a birth plan if you havent already done so.

  • To talk over your options during labour and delivery, such as pain management, labour and delivery positions.

  • Plan for your postpartum period.

  • Discuss when to call me and when to head to the hospital.

  • Unlimited phone, facetime, text, email support.

  • Approx 1 hour long and can happen at your home or the library.

💜 Your Birth

  • I can meet you at the hospital or at home. I have an hour drive so once I know you are truely in labour, I will head that way.

  • I provide a safe place for you to labour in and follow your lead in what you need.

  • I make sure you stay nourished and hydrated.

  • Continous support through labour and delivery. I do not leave at shift change.

  • I make sure you feel heard and help understand what is going on within your body and around you.

  • I hold space so you feel safe to go into the birth zone. And will advocate for you while you are there.

  • I stay for hour or two after the birth and will not leave till you are settled and ready.

  • I am happy to help you with breast feeding in the golden hour as well.

💜 A Postpartum Visit

  • This is a great chance to talk over the birth. In the midst of it all there wil be detail you miss and discussing it afte can be very rewarding and help you understand it all.

  • I answer your postpartum queations and help you with any baby care you feel you would like some education on.

  • Can help you with any breastfeeding questions and latching baby correctly.

  • Again this is aprox 1 hour. And happens at your home.

Your investment $1300.

***I do work on a sliding scale. If you would like a birth doula and you have no insurance, PLEASE REACH OUT, there are options. I d0 offer a sliding scale because it matters to me that those who want a doula, get a doula.***

Your private insurance may cover the fee. 💜

Can be made into 3 Payments. The first payment is non refundable. All three payments need to be made by week 36. Unless of course you are just reaching out at week 39 and I will need the full payment right away.

”An Answered Prayer

Lynette was the answer to my prayers - I had been hoping to find someone who could support me during labor and delivery but didn’t have any options.

I wanted my husband to be able to stay home with the kids so I wasn’t worrying about them the entire time i was away from them.

I didn’t know there were any doulas in the area but happened to see a friend share Lynette’s page DAYS before my due date.

I reached out and we had a phone consultation and we made a plan! Two days later, I was in labor!

What timing. Lynette met me at the hospital even though we knew labor would be awhile; she was eager to meet me and be there for the entire process. We visited and walked for hours and it was such a nice, relaxing time!

She made sure she knew all about my birth plan and preferences so she could advocate for me if need be as things progressed.

Lynette was great about suggesting different positions and offering her support and seemed to know the right times to quietly hold space and when to be more actively involved.

I had such a wonderful labor and delivery and Lynette was such an incredible help throughout the entire process from the consultation to the birth - she even captured much appreciated photos and video that I’ll forever cherish!
